InGenius works with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to log all telephony activity users have with their customers. From within their CRM system, users can click on a contact’s phone number and initiate a call.
From there, the program logs the call’s length and subject and can take user comments. Users can also create new CRM objects and have the product populate their entries with call data. Lastly, the platform has call log templates that help with batch call reporting.
