InGenius Connector Enterprise works with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to log all telephony activity you have with your customers. From within your CRM system, you can click on a contact’s phone number and initiate a call. From there, the program logs the call’s length and subject and can take user comments. You can also create new CRM objects and have the product populate their entries with call data. Lastly, InGenius Connector Enterprise has call log templates that help with batch call reporting.
