About Kofax ReadSoft Supplier Portal
Kofax ReadSoft Supplier Portal is an accounts payable supplier portal that provides suppliers with self-service access to payment information including whether or not invoices have been received, when to expect payments and invoice status. The platform supports multiple invoice formats including paper, fax, email, EDI or through the portal and enables suppliers to change payment conditions online.
The software enables electronic invoice submission, allows suppliers to turn issued purchase orders into invoices within the portal, and is designed to allow suppliers to add notes or attachments to existing invoices. Additionally, the platform is designed with business system integration capabilities, and can be used as either a standalone system or in conjunction with other Kofax products and tools.
