ManagerPlus Desktop is a CMMS platform designed to manage multiple locations and thousands of assets. The software is equipped with maintenance scheduling capabilities, work order management tools and asset tracking functionality for equipment, facilities, vehicles and components.

The platform provides users with inventory controls such as parts forecasting and overstock prevention measures, purchase order and budgeting management, and is designed to connect parts to work orders in order to maintain a detailed ‘book of records’ and to identify top vendors. Additionally, the software is equipped with day-by-day analytic reporting tools for multiple areas of interest including PMs and work orders, as well as location-specific data.
