About Winner POS
Winner POS is a point of sale software solution that is designed to work with restaurants and bars inside hotels. As customers come in to dine and drink, the program can pull up reservations and display all open seats. Users can then take orders directly from guests and send this information to kitchen and bar staff.
If there are any issues with an order, the system can route any updates to the appropriate staff. Once a meal ends, users can print out clear, detailed receipts and process cash payments and credit cards. Lastly, the software comes with an optional mobile app that can be used by guests to set their own orders.
