Soffront Received CRM Excellence Award from TMC

This past April, Soffront Software Inc., a CRM solutions provider, announced that they received Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC) 2010 CRM Excellence Award. Soffront received the award for their innovative CRM application from TMC’s magazine, Customer Interaction Solutions, which is the go-to publication in the customer relationship management (CRM) industry.

This is not the first time that Soffront has received this award. They have received it five years in a row. Soffront Software’s CEO and President, Manu Das, commented on the most recent award. He said, “Last year the economy was slow, however we remained profitable and increased our customer base because of our single-stop nature of fully configurable Enterprise solution. While other solutions solve part of your challenges we focus on the complete solution. We spend as much time as necessary to understand all of your business challenges.”

The 2010 CRM Excellence Awards event was the eleventh annual award ceremony that Customer Interaction Solutions has put on. The CEO of TMC, Rich Tehrani, explained why Soffront received this award. He said, “Soffront has demonstrated to the editors of Customer Interaction Solutions that its CRM software improved the processes of their clients’ businesses by streamlining and facilitating the flow of information needed for companies to retain their most precious asset…their customers.” TMC chooses the award winners based on facts and numbers. TMC looked for companies that help expand the customer relationship and that help improve a client’s business. Soffront lived up to TMC’s standards as they deservedly received the award.

As TMC said, Soffront never lost sight of what was truly important- their customers! Soffront Software Inc. has been in the CRM business for many years, as they have been a CRM pioneer since 1992. Their integrated CRM application offers many features, including sales, marketing, knowledge base, help desk, project management, defect tracking, and more.
