The solution is tailored to match your customer support process by allowing you to set up custom fields, priorities, statuses, types, resolutions and workflows. Customer dashboards provides a single view for knowledge base article, forum posts and open tickets, while support agents’ dashboards are for viewing assigned tickets, monitoring incoming posts and checking for new tickets. In addition, KronoDesk intelligently integrates with email by auto-generating tickets and comments based on email content. The solution includes detailed reporting with a library of printable reports and visual graphs.
