Avensoft nService nService is help desk and customer service software that enables users to set up and implement support websites for customers, IT help desk websites in order to provide IT service assistance, and service websites for multiple company departments such as facility management and HR. The platform is equipped with a searchable knowledge base, service request and ticket submission functionality, and service request status views.

The software enables service technicians to assign tickets to agents, respond to and resolve issues, and allows department managers to view and manage services offered by their staff and department. Additionally, the platform is equipped with a self-help portal, is built on an interface designed to support technician views including ticket lists, assignments, resolved issues and close requests, and integrates with existing mail systems in order to import emails and send notifications.
