Make Critical Management Decisions Faster with Mobile Business Intelligence

In a new study, “Mobile BI: Actionable Intelligence for the Agile Enterprise,” published by the Aberdeen Group, it was revealed that companies that use Mobile Business Intelligence (BI) make critical management decisions in one-sixth the time of companies who do not use mobile BI, meaning something that takes 165 hours can now be done in as little as 26 hours.

One Aberdeen senior research analyst shared in a statement that by extending reach and usage of the existing BI infrastructure to mobile devices, organizations are able to respond much more rapidly to market changes as well as the needs of their customers. Mobile BI accelerates time-to-information for critical business decisions, while at the same time improves the satisfaction and retention of customers.

Aberdeen, a Harte-Hanks Company, specializes in making content into context for global direct and targeted marketing companies. Analysts at Aberdeen provide fact-based research and market intelligence that delivers verifiable results. In the past two years, about 30,000 companies have been surveyed by Aberdeen for various capacities such processes used to drive market awareness, create demand, enable sales and deliver meaningful return-on-investment analysis.

Aberdeen research analysts indicate that top-performing companies are intent on using mobile BI to provide employees with all the information they need. Starting from the foundation of mobile BI for executives, a competitive advantage is being pursued by providing access to information anywhere or at anytime.
