About Actian Vector

Actian Vector is a relational database engine built for high-performance vectorized columnar Big Data Analytics. The platform runs complex queries against large numbers of records, enables users to deploy BI projects without complex or costly data warehouse projects, and functions with little-to-no database tuning.

The software works with complex analytic workloads and tactics including behavioral data, micro-segmentation and precision target marketing, scales analytics and maintains high performance with fewer cores and less RAM, and is built with patent-pending Actian vector processing technology that enables a single instruction to be performed across multiple data sets.
