About Pardot

Salesforce Pardot Pardot is a marketing automation software solution that works entirely within a number of CRM platforms. The program has tools for both sales and marketing personnel. Marketing users can create email marketing materials using templates and a WYSIWYG editor, design landing pages and track all signups from campaigns.

As people are entered into the system, it automatically scores leads based on their brand interactions and social media activity. As a result, sales staff can easily find which leads are worthwhile and pull up comprehensive profiles on the good ones. Additionally, Salesforce Pardot maintains sales reps’ schedules by sending out alerts for key upcoming tasks.
