Why doesn’t Business-Software disclose their evaluation criteria and rank their top vendors?

Hmmmm.......the Silence from Business is DEAFENING.

It amazes me that Vendors that are Billion dollar public traded companies are right there with the "Mom and Pop" types that you wouldn't trust to watch your dog.

I apologize if your question has gone unanswered; we certainly didn't mean to ignore you, Angus. uses a host of criteria for evaluating vendors, and this criteria isn't necessarily set for each segment. We're constantly evaluating and looking for innovative, leading edge companies; and this could be a startup or a market leader because we also don't separate our reports by what business size the companies serve (except for our Top 10 Small Business CRM report).

Additionally, we are not Gartner, and this is not a paid report--this is our view of the segment on the day the report was published. Yes it does tend to be static, but we also depend upon the feedback and opinions of users like you to let us know what you think of the information we provide. Hope that answers your question!
