Which one?! Specific needs. Which CRM can fulfill?

0

We have specific needs. We are a young company (2.5yrs) and we are growing quickly.
We would like a system that:
– automates marketing
– tracks leads (website, marketing, email, etc)
– tracks current sales
– tracks inventory
– simplifies online ordering-payment-shipping process

Basically, an all-in-one software that handles everything from accounting to CRM to inventory management with the primary focus being CRM based. We’d like all the data in one place for each customer. And it must be customizable for wholesale and retail. Currently, our business does both. We sell to stores and to the end user. It has to be user friendly, capable, cost effective. Any direction would be appreciated!

Hi Henk,
For typical B2C use, I would recommend you try out https://www.agilecrm.com/ - it covers many good features around marketing, lead capture, automation. For Inventory shipping you might be able to customize the CRM.
Of course, if you don't mind 2-3 applications - then try Mailchimp, Wishpond & any simpler CRM.
Good luck.
