What is the best and least expensive solution to utilize Hosted CRM and Call Center Software?


We are looking to build a call center (3-20 people) off-shore and would like to start with all of the software solutions that we need, from the very beginning. We have found in the past, that some “Box” (everything included) did not have the flexibility or scaleability for any type of growth or decline in the business. We would want that flexibility in order to plan and prepare for the unexpected and the ebb and flow of business cycles. The Call center would handle appointment setting, sales and customer service and survey functions, for our company here in the United States.
