Zoho vs. Nutshell

0

I have been looking at low-cost CRM options such as Zoho and Nutshell. Does anyone have any experience with either of these? Would you recommend either? Neither? Other options? Thank you!

You have not given much information about your needs. Comparing Zoho and Nutshell just because they happen to be "low cost" is not prudent.
Nutshell is good for you if you want to manage a B2B sales process from first contact to close. You can sequence the steps that occur in your sales process, group them and track your process compliance.
Zoho is more for you if you are looking for a full-function CRM; with sales, marketing, service - all functions catered to.

I recommend OnePageCRM (http://www.onepagecrm.com/), which is a lightweight & effective CRM with unique bullet-proof follow-up & focus on next sales actions. Your sales staff can basically hit the ground running as it requires a minimal set up.

The system is easy to use (much easier then ZOHO) and has an intuitive user interface to manage contacts, track deals etc. All database is shared which makes it easy for sales team to collaborate on deals. Integrate it with popular applications like Mailchimp, Gmail, Unbounce, Wufoo and it becomes a core of your company's eco system.

We are a systems integrator which offers a full range of services for the water/wastewater industry and for manufacturing companies. Ideally, the CRM we decide to use will be intuitive, keep tract of our contacts, track leads, sales, and opportunities (pre-business development process), include scheduling, and have some way of ranking leads based on priorities. It will need to sync with Outlook. Company has about 30 employees distributed among 4 offices. I've looked at CRMs such as Maximizer and SalesForce, but I believe these are a bit "much" for our needs.

OnePageCRM can do all of that - just one question: What do you mean by "sync with Outlook"? One time migration of contacts or something more?

ZOHO and nutshell has been designed for the motivation for all participants of the game. The run down estimate of the ZOHO and papercoach reviews is affiliated for the combinations or the turns. The chip is played down for the seasonal attainment for the individuals.
